We are an IOP & General Behavioral / Mental Health Clinic

Intensive Outpatient Program is for individuals struggling with recovery from drugs and alcohol. While this program DOES allow for Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT), abstinence is our ultimate goal for clients. Vivitrol is strongly encouraged in this program to decrease cravings for opioids and alcohol. Vivitrol and other methods of MAT such as Suboxone, Methadone, or Medical Cannabis are allowed.

Full Circle Recovery can also service general mental health concerns. Individual therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma and other issues is available. We also offer various therapy groups, couples and family therapy.

  • We accept Medicaid Clients (Presbyterian, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Molina, United, Medicaid Exempt/Omnicaid), Presbyterian commercial insurance, & Self Pay clientele at this time
  • Primary IOP is a four month, evidence-based treatment model
  • Clients must complete an intake packet and clinical assessment prior to beginning group services
  • IOP Session times are as follows:
    • Day Group: 11am to 2pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays - Live & Zoom ALL SITES
    • Evening Group: 5:30pm to 8:30pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays - Zoom ALL SITES, Live in Los Lunas and Albuquerque
    • Adolescent IOP: Call for availability

We accept referrals from the following sources:

  • Legal/Court
  • CYFD
  • Family
  • Employer
  • Medical
  • Self-Referrals
  • & Other community sources

We offer the following services:

  • Immediate or Prompt Referral Medical Services (Primary Care, Medication Management, Suboxone, Outpatient Detox, Addiction Medicine)
  • General Mental Health Counseling (individual, family and couples therapy)
  • Clinical Assessment for substance use, and substance use with co-occurring disorders (i.e. substance abuse with anxiety, depression, etc.)
  • IOP, including random urinalysis screenings
  • Referral to higher or lower level of care (as appropriate)
  • Individual Therapy
  • Group Therapy
  • Prompt referrals for psychiatry for IOP clientele
  • Family sessions as part of the group therapy track
